Following is a full copy (with
x's for the pertinent confidential information) of the threatening email
letter received online from dexmor aka Lloyd Boone of Marcap Publishing: December 5, 2007 Xx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Canada Tel: 1-519-XXX-XXXX Dear Xx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx: I see from your latest series of posts, that you are not taking any prior warnings to you seriously. Please make no mistake about it. This is not a joke. You are getting extremely close to having legal action taken against you, along with your friends "canuckaloo" , "scuffyhamsters" and others, not only for various Copyright Violation issues which you may have been engaged in, but for Defamation of Character, and Harassment. Continued postings as you have been engaged in such as with the following thread, your previous "TACO" postings, and others, will result in such action to be taken against both you without further notice. Boone, The Marcap Group -------------------------------------------------------- The header of this is sales@marcap.com And yes this was reported in full to Ebay - at the time in December 2007 they did absolutely nothing about it - even though I fully outlined that this was sent DIRECTLY to me at MY email address and was NOT sent through the eBay messaging system. At no point in time - NO POINT IN TIME - did I have ANY transactions with this person - therefore, he did NOT have my email address. When I pointed this out clearly to T&S, they ignored what I said and stated that I MUST have had some kind of transaction for him to get my email address (as well as my full name address and phone number). When nothing came of this, I then started to direct my problem with this to Miriam, head pink of eBay Canada, in February 2008. She also stated that at some point in time I MUST have had dealings with him and would not listen to the fact that he used/abused his OWNERSHIP of his own website to get my info. In any case, she ended up giving him a month's vacation time - and now he's back again, spreading more threats and vicious lies. It is actually very funny to read the forums where people are posting snippets of his hate emails to them - particularly the part where he states that HE got me banned from Ebay because of "my mouth" - sooner or later, such actions will come around to bite him in the butt big time - karma DOES have a way of catching up with folks! |
